Grant Applications to support not for profit organisations in Sutton Coldfield

Current beneficiaries of Grant Awards should continue to liaise with our Grants Manager, initially by email to discuss issues and additional support that may be available.

On 9th September 2020 it was decided to resume our "normal Grant Making", with priority given to those organisations impacted by Covid-19.

“Phase 2” of our Covid-19 Emergency Response commenced on 28th July 2020. Discussions are invited from Organisations based in and supporting the Sutton Coldfield Community. Applications will be considered outside of our usual Grant Making to assist: -

  • the delivery of direct support to residents
  • organisations to recover from the impact of Covid-19

Trustees will be seeking evidence that any requested funding is essential and cannot be funded from other sources i.e. Government initiatives and national Charity support. The provision of meaningful and timely financial information cannot be overstated.

Potential applicants must be established: Faith organisations, Charities, Constituted Clubs / organisations, not for profit Companies, or a Community Interest Company with a valid registered CIC Form 34. A Bank Account must be in place in the name of the organisation.

Funding must benefit the residents of Sutton Coldfield and you will need to explain how this will be achieved.

If you meet the above guidelines, please contact us by email to davidcole@suttoncharitabletrust.org
